Procedures and cancellation policy:
A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. We do not require a deposit but the following penalties will be charged in case of cancellation:
Daily stays:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time,
- 50% of the daily rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date,
- one night will be charged upon cancellation of less than 3 days prior to arrival date,
- in addition, 1 night will be charged in case of a postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.
Weekly and monthly stays:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time,
- 15 % of the weekly or monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date,
- 35% of the weekly or monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date,
- the entire stay booked  is payable even in case of postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.

Terms: 
The total amount is payable at the beginning of your stay preferably in cash or by traveler's cheques. We also accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard, certain conditions apply for monthly rents.
