Procedures and cancellation policy:
A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. We do not require a deposit but the following penalties will be charged in case of cancellation. For monthly stays, a security deposit payable in cash will be required upon arrival (refundable upon check out):

Daily stays:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time, 
- 1 night will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date, 
- 1 night penalty will be charged should you check in after or check out prior to reserved dates.
Modifying your check in and/or check out dates before arrival:
(depending on availabilities and acceptance of Studios Montreal)
- No penalty if this modification implies a longer stay.
- 50% of the daily rate will be charged should you modify the dates of your stay less than 1 week (7 days) prior to confirmed arrival date. 

Weekly stays:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time, 
- 35% of the weekly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date, 
- the entire stay booked is payable even in case of postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.
Modifying your check in and/or check out dates before arrival:

- No penalty if this modification implies a longer stay.
- 25% of the weekly rate will be charged should you modify the dates of your stay less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to confirmed arrival date.

Monthly stays:
- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time, 
- 25 % of the monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival date, 
- 50% of the monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to arrival date, 
- In case of breach of the rental agreement after the confirmed arrival date, there will be no refund of the running month. In addition, 50% of the monthly rent will be charged if this breach cancels following month(s) confirmed.
Modifying your check in and/or check out dates before arrival:

- No penalty if this modification implies a longer stay.
- 15% of the monthly rate will be charged should you modify the dates of your stay less than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to confirmed arrival date.
