Procedures and cancellation policy:
Any booking should be confirmed by return of email or fax in which will be specified our policy of cancellation. A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation, no deposit will be deducted except following conditions:

• Daily stays, except specific arrangements:

- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time,
- 50% of the daily rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date,
- one night before taxes will be charged upon cancellation of less than 3 days prior to arrival date,
- in addition, 1 night will be charged in case of a postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.
• Weekly and monthly stays, except specific arrangements:

- 25$ for service charge for a cancellation at any time,
- 15 % of the weekly or monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to arrival date,
- 35% of the weekly or monthly rate will be charged upon cancellation of less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival date,
- the entire stay booked  is payable even in case of postponed arrival day or a departure prior to reserved date.

Terms: 
The total amount is payable at the beginning of your stay preferably in cash or by traveler's cheques in $CAD or $USD. We also accept Visa and MasterCard, except for the monthy rents.
